Idea of the project:

The idea of the project is that Ajman Free Zone Authority inaugurated a Center to collect used computers and to be indispensable for the Center to preserve the environment and to contribute to needy views.
 
Project objectives:

The project aims to:
• Provide status for computers in the emirate to protect and improve the environment, by reducing the negative effects resulting from the improper disposal of computers.
• Achieve a genuine partnership between the Free Zone and Rehabilitation Center's computers to Dubai Municipality for the rehabilitation of hardware and donated to charity.
• promote opportunities for dissemination of technical education through the provision of technical resources of computers and accessories to charitable beneficiaries.
• Achieve community commitment to charitable work through the stimulation of government departments and companies registered in the Free Zone and various groups in society to donate hardware and accessories.
• Provide center located in a strategic location.

Facilities & Fixed Assets Dept- Department of Environment and Health - Environment Unit.
Organization Services Support Dept - Department of Information Technology - Technical Support Unit.

Devices that can be donated:

The individual or organization can with computers available for use after the re-qualification, namely:

1- CPUs
2 - scanners
3 - screens
4 - Printers
5 - laptop
6 - projector
7 - and any other accessories.

How to deal with the devices that are donated:

Ajman Free Zone collecting hardware and accessories and delivered it to rehabilitation center for computers on a monthly basis, which in turn is the rehabilitation of computers and accessories, delivered to Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Charity.
 
Donation Process

Allowing the Government departments in the emirate or the surrounding Emirates, individuals and institutions that wish to donate equipment to communicate via call center +971 6 7011555 .
